Mitchell’s career has taken him from CNN, PBS and ABC to award-winning documentary companies including Storyville Films and Firelight Media, and to reputable non-profit and international organizations. His group awards include two Emmys, a Peabody and Columbia-Dupont Award. In addition, Mitchell has written and directed his own documentary projects, including “There’s No Place Like Shalom” highlighting the journey to spiritual authenticity. He received his B.F.A. from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and his M.A in International Relations from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
